Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible, items must be returned within 30 days of delivery, unworn or unused, with tags, original packaging, and proof of purchase. To request a return, contact us at ahmadcollection000@gmail.com before sending the item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items should be reported immediately. Sale items, gift cards, personalized/custom products, and certain non-returnable goods are excluded. EU customers may cancel or return orders within 14 days as required by applicable law.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days, although your bank may take additional time to process it.
